Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. Some of the cookies we use are essential for the site to operate. If you accept cookies on our website we may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of marketing and support InvictIQ utilises systems that may require them to transfer personally identifiable information to a third party located in a third country, controls are in place to ensure that the level of protection is not undermined and that security controls are at a level to commensurate with the type of information being transferred. This is applicable to marketing and for providing support to our end users. Aside from this, we ensure that all other personally identifiable information held on our customers and employees remains within the UK.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Your data may be retained for as long as InvictIQ deems this information to be useful for the purpose in which it was acquired. If information is deemed to be no longer needed it shall be updated, archived or securely deleted.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

We may use information held about you in the following ways:

  • To provide you with information, products or services from within InvictIQ portfolio which we feel may interest you.
  • To provide your details to carefully chosen third parties so that they can contact you for marketing purposes.

If InvictIQ or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

We may be required to transfer the personal information provided by its customers to third parties if you have indicated permission for InvictIQ to do so. The following are categories of recipients that customer information could be transferred to:

Data Centres – This is so we can store your data securely

External IT Providers – To provide us with incident, disaster recovery and back up services, enable us to complete internal processes and provide customer services.

 Email communication providers – To allow us to contact you via email and track your marketing preferences.

 Survey Platforms – To create surveys on our behalf (your data is not shared with these providers unless you choose to complete a survey and accept their third-party terms).

 If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of InvictIQ, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. 

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data. We will inform you (when collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing at any time by unsubscribing from our marketing emails or contacting us at admin@invictiq.com.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.

This data is subject to be provided in a timescale determined by InvictIQ depending on the size of the task.

Cookie Policy
