Vic has been the CEO of National Care Forum for 6 years. She is a trustee of Hestia and The Care Workers Charity, and as part of several government and national specialist groups Vic focuses on the social care workforce, digital transformation, new models of care and regulation. For which she was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours 2021.

In this episode, we talk about the present challenges for the care sector but also about the promising opportunities and what technology can do to help solve some of the issues.
