At the well-organised UK Care Week, on 7th July opening keynote, Sangha Chakravarty and Daniel Casson urged 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗱. They defined customers as “People we serve”. They further shared few success stories of data-led transformations in the afternoon and with like minds we established the need for a more data-led Social Care.
Reflecting on Employees as the first customer and the current heatwaves, what customer experiences will Care Businesses serve to their employees, so that they continue to provide best care to residents and help reduce the number of hospital admissions was discussed.
